ABOUT THE ROLE
• Join the Research & Development team at P&G’s Newcastle Innovation Centre
• Work on live R&D projects focused on Fabric Care and Home Care products
• Gain practical experience of R&D, product development and technology
• Work with teams developing and testing products associated with brands including Ariel, Fairy and Bold
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work on specific projects and live business challenges
• Take responsibility for assigned R&D projects
• Apply scientific and research skills to real business problems
• Work with managers and experienced P&G employees through mentoring and coaching
• Complete a customised learning plan with training and development support
REQUIREMENTS
• University student pursuing an MSc in a scientific or engineering discipline
• Expected to graduate in 2027 or 2028
• Applicants who have already graduated may also apply if they can complete the summer internship
• Evidence of achievements in academic or non-academic activities
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong interest in research and innovation
• Strong written and verbal English skills
RIGHT TO WORK
• Applicants must provide their own right to work in the UK for the full internship period without requiring P&G sponsorship
• Right-to-work permission must cover 5 July 2027 to 24 September 2027 for a minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Evidence of right to work will be required at the end of the recruitment process
