ABOUT THE ROLE
• Supervise the store team and support the management team with day-to-day operations
• Deliver high standards of customer service through effective communication
• Support the store in achieving its goals and targets
• Help create a positive and successful team environment
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead by example and encourage staff to meet and exceed company objectives
• Work towards targets and contribute fresh ideas to the business
• Ensure the store is opened and closed according to company policy
• Monitor staff operating the tills
• Assist store management with goals and targets
• Train and support staff and set goals where appropriate
• Respond professionally to customer issues
• Manage and action the supervisor email account daily
• Ensure merchandising and relabelling processes are completed
• Carry out stock checks and support E-commerce processes
• Ensure testing procedures are followed
• Complete required daily, weekly and monthly paperwork
• Support stock control, including RMA and blocked phone processes
• Investigate stock issues as part of loss prevention
• Maintain housekeeping standards
