RE:GEN Group is hiring an Energy Efficiency Engagement Officer in Doxford Park
The full-time temporary role lasts 18 months and pays £30,500–£32,000 per year. The position involves supporting residents through energy-efficiency and retrofit programmes, acting as a key customer contact from pre-construction through to post-installation. Duties include home-visit support, explaining energy-efficiency measures, resolving issues, maximising access for assessments, carrying out post-works check-ins, supporting engagement events, and working with housing partners such as Karbon and Gentoo.
Applicants should have knowledge of sustainability or energy-efficiency projects, strong customer-facing skills, excellent organisation and time-management abilities, and the confidence to explain technical information clearly. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
