JOB: People & Service Team Leader

Shift Pattern:
- Evening shift role
- Two late-night shifts per week
- 16:30 – 20:30
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Night shifts included
About The Role:
- Supporting store operations and leading the team to success
- Delivering exceptional customer service standards
- Supporting the People & Service Manager
- Driving store sales, KPIs and customer satisfaction
- Managing store operations and compliance
- Supporting visual merchandising and operational standards
- Helping develop and motivate the store team
- Duty managing across different store departments
- Supporting stock management and product movement
- Creating an inclusive and positive workplace culture
What River Island Is Looking For:
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisor role
- Passion for fashion and retail trends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire colleagues
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Hands-on approach to store operations
