Job Title: Sales Assistant

Working Pattern: Part-time
Hours: 12 hours per week, with opportunity for additional hours
Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
Pay: £9.50 – £12.50 per hour
Role Overview:
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a positive in-store experience
- Support day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
- Maintain high store standards and presentation
- Engage with the local community and promote great value products
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, helpful service to all customers
- Work as part of a team to achieve store goals
- Keep the shop floor well stocked, clean and visually appealing
- Support store standards and ensure a welcoming environment
- Get involved across different tasks to support store performance
