HOURS
• 16 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours.
• Flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Work alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Help manage and coach the team to deliver strong results.
• Support day-to-day retail operations and maximise opportunities.
• Build connections with the local community.
• Help develop and inspire colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS
• At least 1 year’s retail experience.
• Ability and enthusiasm to develop your own skills and support the development of others.
• Passion for the products sold by Savers.
• People-focused approach.
