• Delivering high-quality food and beverage service in a fast-paced, 5-star environment
• Providing friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times
• Taking food and drink orders and offering menu guidance and recommendations
• Upselling starters, desserts, drinks, and specials where appropriate
• Supporting guests throughout their dining experience and responding to requests
• Maintaining cleanliness of service and work areas
• Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Attending training and learning menus to deliver consistent service standards
• Working weekends and bank holidays as required
• Up to £12.21 per hour plus share of service charge
