About The Role:
SF Force Limited, an independent family-run supplement shop, is looking for a confident and reliable Retail Sales & Supplement Expert with gym knowledge and a passion for customer service.
The successful candidate will advise customers on supplements, explain product benefits, support sales and help customers find products suited to their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and honest supplement advice.
- Explain premium products and support sales through upselling.
- Operate the till and restock shelves.
- Keep the shop floor tidy and presentable.
- Assist multiple customers while maintaining a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of gym training and supplements.
- Confidence when communicating with different customers.
- Ability to explain supplement products and their uses.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- A willingness to learn sales skills and help customers achieve their goals.
