ABOUT THE ROLE
• Provide an effective and efficient service to users of the football facilities
• Create a strong customer experience and build relationships with customers
• Support brand awareness and maximise revenue opportunities
• Work closely with the management team on sales and marketing plans
• Support operational excellence across the site
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supervise the football facilities on a day-to-day basis
• Supervise staff
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Identify opportunities to improve site profitability and performance
• Implement initiatives and actions while engaging the team
• Ensure systems and procedures are managed in line with business expectations
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to build rapport with customers, team captains, local schools and football coaches
• Experience organising leagues and tournaments
• Experience hosting events
• Highly organised
• Self-motivated
