Operating Hours: 9am–7pm
About The Role
SSP is recruiting Barista/Team Members to join the team at Millie’s Cookies, Blackett Bridge, Newcastle.
The successful applicants will help create a welcoming customer experience, prepare and serve products, and work alongside colleagues to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and deliver friendly, high-quality service.
- Help create a positive experience for every customer.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Use barista skills to prepare drinks.
- Carry out baking and icing tasks as required.
Skills And Requirements
Applicants should have:
- Barista skills.
- Baking and icing skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude.
- A passion for customer service.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over for certain duties and shifts.
Working Pattern
The advertised part-time roles offer 16 hours per week. Flexibility is required to work weekdays, weekends, bank holidays and public holidays within the stated operating hours.
