Role Overview:
Starbucks is recruiting Baristas to join the team at its Washington Galleries store. This is a customer-facing role focused on creating great experiences, crafting high-quality beverages, and building genuine connections with customers in a welcoming community environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to brand standards
Deliver friendly, engaging, customer-first service
Support store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, safety and security
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods
Help create Starbucks’ “Third Place” experience for customers and colleagues
What We’re Looking For:
No previous experience required – full training provided
Passion for customer service and teamwork
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
