• Acting as first point of contact for residents across 20+ council services
• Handling enquiries by phone, in person, and online in a fast-paced environment
• Resolving customer issues efficiently, sensitively, and accurately
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Supporting access to council services and promoting self-serve digital channels
• Providing digital assistance and supporting service improvements
• Working across face-to-face contact centres, reception desks, and virtual contact centre
• Rotating between centres to meet demand and support training needs
