Job Introduction
• Act as the face of the Subway® franchise
• Prepare and serve Subway® sandwiches to brand standards
• Greet customers and deliver excellent customer service
• Encourage repeat visits through friendly and efficient service
• Opportunity to progress into supervisory and management roles
Main Responsibilities
• Food preparation including bread and cookie baking
• Maintain food storage and preparation areas to Health & Safety and audit standards
• Comply with Food Code of Practice
• Operate the till and process transactions accurately
• Monitor stock levels and check in deliveries
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Follow all security and safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation in uniform
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Deliver a high standard of service when handling products, sales, and customer needs

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience in food preparation, retail, or customer service is desirable but not essential
• Full training provided, including University of Subway® courses
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Suitable for students, retail workers, or those starting a career in food service
