ATG Entertainment are recruiting for temporary Contact Centre Advisors to cover our upcoming busy period from Sept 2025 – Feb 2026
These are full time roles which are 40 hrs per week on 6 months fixed term contracts at £25, 396p.a
These full time positions will be working over a 7 day, 6 weekly rotational shift pattern and there will be a mixture of rota days off and weekend working with overtime available.
The hours of operation are between 8.45am – 8pm Mon to Sun with shifts set a week in advance.
We’re looking for customer-focused individuals who’d like to work in our exciting, fast-paced and interesting contact centre.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role is office based in the Contact Centre at The Yard, Gill Bridge Avenue, Sunderland SR1.
