• Leading the store overnight and managing colleagues on the shop floor
• Acting as a role model and putting customers and colleagues first
• Driving sales, availability, standards, and presentation across departments
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and operational routines are followed
• Coaching, developing, and supporting colleagues to perform at their best
• Planning and managing workloads so the right people are in the right place
• Leading from the front in a fast-paced retail environment
• Supporting change, sharing ideas, and improving ways of working
• Night shifts between 10:00pm–7:00am, planned in advance
• Holiday starting at 20 days plus a personal day, rising to 22 days after 12 months (plus bank holidays)
