Working Hours
Availability Required
- Sunday: 6:00am – 12:15pm
- Monday: 6:00am – 12:15pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:15pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 12:15pm
Hours Offered
- Minimum guaranteed contract of 16 hours per week.
- Opportunities available for applicants seeking between 12 and 16 hours.
- Shift schedules provided with three weeks’ notice.

Role Summary
- Work as part of the Tesco store team serving customers and supporting daily operations.
- Deliver excellent customer service across multiple departments.
- Assist with replenishment, picking and service areas.
- Help maintain store standards and product availability.
- Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive shopping environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Build positive relationships with customers.

Store Operations
- Work across service, replenishment and picking departments.
- Replenish stock and maintain product availability.
- Handle products carefully to maintain quality.
- Assist with deliveries when required.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Participate in community and charity initiatives.
- Support store performance and sales objectives.
- Help reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.
