• Sunday: 5:00am–1:00pm
• Wednesday: 5:00am–12:45pm
• Saturday: 5:00am–2:00pm

ABOUT THE ROLE
The role involves serving customers, working across service, picking and replenishment areas, following training and safety procedures, supporting store routines, handling products carefully and helping with deliveries when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve customers with passion and pride and provide great natural service.
• Work across service, picking and replenishment areas where required.
• Follow training to work safely and effectively.
• Make decisions that are right for customers.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events.
• Support store performance, service and sales, waste and shrink reduction, and profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality.
• Follow Tesco’s values and policies.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to take initiative and make customer-focused decisions.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate openly.
• Ability to build relationships with colleagues.
• Be punctual, well presented and ready to be a brand ambassador.
• Applicants must be over 18.
