ABOUT THE ROLE
• Deliver person-centred care in clients’ homes
• Provide personal care and mobility support
• Assist with meals and medication prompts
• Provide companionship
• Travel between care calls
• Accurately record care activities and update care plans and reports
• Liaise with care coordinators and senior carers about changes or concerns
• Respect dignity and privacy and promote independence
• Support rota gaps, emergencies and occasional additional hours
REQUIREMENTS
• Care experience desirable but not essential
• Empathetic, reliable and caring approach
• Ability to travel between calls
• Good communication and record-keeping skills
• Willingness to follow safeguarding, CQC, health and safety and company policies
• Flexibility to work a changing rota, including alternate weekends
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence required
