• Working Pattern:
• Varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing), and weekends
• Shift pattern to be discussed at interview
• Role Overview:
• Providing friendly, helpful service to customers on tills and shop floor
• Supporting day-to-day store operations in a busy food retail environment
• Playing an active role in keeping the store safe, legal, and well-stocked
• Working as part of a supportive and community-focused team
• Key Responsibilities:
• Delivering excellent customer service and responding to queries
• Championing Co-op products and Membership
• Re-stocking shelves and checking prices, dates, and temperatures
• Keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming
• Supporting the introduction of new products and services
• Getting involved in local community activities and events
