About the Role
• Provide friendly, helpful service to customers on tills and shop floor
• Respond to customer queries and promote Co-op products and Membership
• Re-stock shelves and ensure products are available and well presented
• Keep the store safe, legal, and clean (prices, dates, temperatures)
• Support colleagues to solve problems and improve customer experience
• Help introduce new products and services
• Get involved in local community activities and events
