HOURS
• 20 hours per week
• Regular overtime available
• Varied shifts including early mornings, afternoons and late evenings
• At least one weekend shift
• 6-month temporary contract

ABOUT THE ROLE
• Deliver customers’ shopping directly to their homes
• Provide friendly and reliable customer service within the local community
• Pick and pack orders before delivery
• Support store activities when not making deliveries
• Promote Co-op membership and its benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick and pack customers’ orders and deliver them safely to their homes
• Drive safely and considerately while providing friendly service
• Serve customers on the till when working in store
• Restock shelves and assist with daily store tasks
• Carry out vehicle checks
• Follow safe working practices
• Support colleagues to keep store operations running smoothly
REQUIREMENTS
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years
• No more than 6 points on driving licence
• Friendly and helpful approach
• Strong customer service focus
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Positive approach to problem solving
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts
