Overview
• Dental Receptionist role within a large mixed NHS and private dental practice

Main Responsibilities
• Welcome patients and act as the first point of contact
• Manage appointments and handle patient enquiries in person and by phone
• Maintain and update digital patient records accurately
• Process payments and support day-to-day reception duties
• Receive training within the sterilisation area as part of role development
• Provide general support to the wider dental team when required
Working Hours
• Part-time or full-time positions available
• Standard practice hours
• No weekend working
Training & Career Progression
• No previous dental experience required
• Full in-house training provided
• Opportunities to progress into other practice roles, including clinical pathways
Requirements
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Willingness to undertake Hepatitis B vaccination (covered by the practice)
• Enhanced DBS check required (paid for by the candidate)
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Newcastle upon Tyne NE5 2LH
