Role Overview
- Hotel Receptionist role at Ramside Hall Hotel & Golf Club in Durham
- Permanent position available full-time or part-time
- Customer-facing role within a 4-star luxury hotel
- Shifts operating between 7:00am and 11:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to hotel guests
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Respond to guest enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Handle guest requests and provide excellent customer service
- Carry out general reception and administrative duties
- Support other hotel departments when required
Requirements
- At least 1 year experience working as a hotel receptionist
- Strong hospitality and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for delivering a high-quality guest experience
