Overview
• Front of House role in a lively, multi-floor venue known for food, drinks, events and match days
• Suitable for young people aged 16+ looking to gain hospitality experience
• Fast-paced environment with a strong focus on guest experience

Key Responsibilities
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately using the correct systems
• Deliver efficient service during busy and high-volume periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Build good product and menu knowledge (training provided)
• Demonstrate strong time management when multitasking
• Glass collecting and general front of house duties

Skills & Attributes
• Strong time management skills
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Good guest service and communication skills
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge of food safety is beneficial
