About The Role:
Toby Carvery – Shiremoor is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in running a successful kitchen and delivering high-quality food.
The successful candidate will help train and inspire the kitchen team, maintain food standards and ensure guests enjoy a great dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train, support and motivate chefs and kitchen team members.
- Help the team prepare and serve food to a high standard.
- Work towards kitchen targets alongside the team.
- Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
- Work confidently with the Toby Carvery menu.
- Ensure the team follows food safety, health and hygiene regulations.
