Tortilla Mexican Grill is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join its Newcastle team. The role is suited to an Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor who is passionate about food, customer service and developing a successful team.
The successful candidate will help deliver high-quality food and excellent customer experiences while supporting team training, development and restaurant operations.
What Tortilla Is Looking For:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor.
- A good understanding of gross profit (GP) and labour control.
- A passion for food and customer service.
- The ability to train, inspire and develop a happy team.
- Experience in a quick-service restaurant, bar, restaurant or contract catering environment is welcomed.
- A commitment to delivering excellent service and ensuring guests leave happy.
