ABOUT THE ROLE
• Join the kitchen team at Tremolo Lounge
• Prepare the all-day menu to the required specification
• Work alongside the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
• Help ensure the kitchen operates smoothly and maintains high standards
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Cook fresh food to specification, including tapas and all-day breakfasts
• Support the Head Chef with preparation and service
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and fully prepared
• Follow food safety and allergen procedures
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a good customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
• Passion for cooking and quality food
• Reliable and punctual
• Positive attitude and good energy
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen
