TT Electronics is recruiting an Office Manager to join its manufacturing facility in Bedlington, providing front-of-house leadership and administrative support while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, customers and suppliers, manage reception services, coordinate meeting rooms and site visits, oversee office supplies and workwear, handle incoming communications, and provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team and Human Resources department. The role also includes organising travel, meetings and events, supporting employee onboarding and maintaining company documentation.
Applicants should have previous experience in an office management, office administration or receptionist role, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Knowledge of SAP purchasing processes would be advantageous but is not required.
This is a permanent, full-time position based at TT Electronics’ Bedlington site.
