Veolia is hiring a Mobile Plant Operative at its site in Washington
The role pays £31,367.74 per year, with the potential for a pay increase after probation depending on experience. Hours are 48 per week, Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm, with occasional Saturday and Bank Holiday overtime.
Duties include operating plant equipment for handling, sorting and transferring waste, keeping the yard clean and tidy, marshalling vehicle movement during busy periods, and assisting the Site Supervisor with day-to-day operations.
Applicants must hold a loading shovel and/or 360 grab licence, be able to work as part of a team, and follow instructions, policies and procedures. Desirable skills include good communication abilities and reversing assistant experience.
