ABOUT THE ROLE
• Act as the face of Vivify at partner schools
• Help ensure hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle-free experience
• Support communities using school facilities outside school hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Welcome hirers and help them access facilities
• Open and close school sites securely
• Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events
• Carry out basic health and safety checks
• Report issues using the online platform
• Complete light cleaning and tidying
• Provide customer service and support throughout shifts
REQUIREMENTS
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and take ownership
• Confident communicating with schools, hirers and community groups
• Organised, proactive and able to solve problems
• Pride in delivering a good customer experience
• Able to travel to one of the partner schools
• Must be aged 18 or over due to lone-working requirements
• Proof of right to work in the UK required
• Enhanced DBS check required before starting

• No previous experience required
