A Newcastle based company is offering a full time work from home opportunity for a Customer Service Role.

The company, which did not name itself on the advertisement, is offering £21,000-£23,000 per year, for a role which will involve: “dealing with mostly incoming telephone enquiries covering a wide range of subjects in connection with our customers’ insurance.”

“These may include discussions about outstanding paperwork or payments, processing the many changes customers may wish to make to their policies, cancellation requests and also dealing with any general enquiries they may have.”
