Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
• Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm.

About the Role

• Join Woven Inc Ltd as a Sales Assistant in a varied and customer-focused role.
• Work closely with customers while supporting the wider sales team.
• No previous sales or customer service experience is required as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, online platforms and face-to-face.
• Prepare customer quotations and process orders accurately.
• Ensure customer needs are met with a high standard of service.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Make proactive outbound sales calls and follow up on potential leads.
• Research and identify new business opportunities.
• Support the wider team with general administrative duties.
• Use internal systems and complete basic numerical tasks accurately.

Skills and Qualities

• Outgoing and confident when speaking with new people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and approaching new business opportunities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, hardworking and motivated to progress.
• Team player who works well with colleagues.
• Comfortable working with numbers and online systems.

Experience

• No previous sales or customer service experience required.
• Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
