QPR vs Sunderland- Match Preview

Over 2,500 mackems will be travelling all the way to Loftus Road to support the lads as they look to climb into the play-offs against an, out of form, QPR side.
Last time out, Patrick Roberts produced some magic late on as Sunderland beat Reading 1-0 at The Stadium of Light.
QPR haven’t experienced a victory since 17th December last year as they start to fall down the table.
They had a promising start to the season, but over the past 2 months, their form has changed dramatically.
The 2 sides met at The Stadium of Light back in August, and QPR scored 2 goals in the final 5 minutes of the game to earn a point after Sunderland went 2-0 up thanks to goals from Ross Stewart and Ellis Simms.
Goalkeeper, Seny Dieng went up for a corner in the dying stages of the game and remarkably headed home the equaliser.
Former Sunderland loanee, Jimmy Dunne, has been at the heart of their defence since his arrival last season.
Dunne made 14 appearances for The Black Cats in the 2018/19 season.
Dennis Cirkin will return to the squad after missing out on the last 2 games due to the concussion protocol, but Lyden Gooch is still a few weeks away as he recovers from his knee injury.
Sunderland could move as high as 5th with a victory and QPR could move up to 11th as they try to rekindle their play-off hopes.
Prediction
QPR 0-2 Sunderland
Scorers – Patrick Roberts and Alex Pritchard
