SGM launches new Sunderland Community Development Fund

SGM is launching a new Sunderland community development fund which local charities and causes will be able to apply to receive grants from.

The fund will be accumulated by setting aside a portion of every commercial advertisement sold on SGM’s social media profiles, in order to ensure money invested in SGM is returned to the community and in line with our ethics and vision.

In turn, the money set aside for it will be publicly earmarked and accounted for on a new website page which will be updated with each advertising sale. In turn, all donations received from the fund will also be publicly documented.

SGM may also from time to time, pursue advertising sales whereby all the money is pledged exclusively to the community development fund.
