Sunderland’s Amazing Festival of Light starts at Roker Park on Thursday
The uplifting and wonderful festival of light starts on Thursday at Roker Park, running every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday until Saturday 12 November.
The festival will host a wide range of beautiful light features, which are described as “brand new combined with some classic favourites”.
There will also be activities each evening “including family friendly characters and performances”, as well as a range of food and drinks on offer, including a bar, in the Park itself.
Those travelling to the event must first purchase a ticket online, and cannot buy one at the gate. They cost £3 per person and are not transferable beyond the day they are purchased for. No refunds will be given.
