THIS SATURDAY: Barnes Park “Spooktacular” fireworks, food and performance

If you head to Barnes Park from 5pm this Saturday evening (October 29th) you’re in for a trick or treat!
Described as “the North’s biggest Halloween themed firework and flame show” the park will host its annual “Spooktacular” event which promises plenty of entertainment and family fan.
Besides a firework display, the event will consist of a “funfair, live music, fire performers, walkabout characters and a large variety of delicious hot food”.
The evening is hosted by Kenny D who is reportedly set to be giving out prizes galore.
The fireworks will start at 7.45pm and the event formally finishes at 9.30
Unfortunately, it isn’t free. Tickets start at £5 for children, £7 for adults or £20 for a “family ticket” (2 adults and 2 children). You can buy them here.
Although the event is in Barnes Park, it is worth noting that dogs will not be allowed during this time.
