UK: Horrific footage goes viral of man beating up trader in his van with tool and hauling him out

Footage has went viral on X showing what appears to be a robber beating up a trader in his repair van in upper Holloway, London.
The video shows a hooded man beating someone inside of the van with a tool like object, possibly a hammer, before starting to haul him out onto the street as onlookers watch from a nearby window.
Why 999 was not called immediately by the witness either before or during the events, who is commenting as she watches it, remains unclear, which received some criticism in the replies.
