Key Details:
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales, KPIs and store performance
- Help recruit, motivate, develop and retain the store team
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge, promoting features, benefits and availability
- Promote multi-channel shopping options to maximise customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately and in line with company guidelines
- Show flexibility to meet the operational needs of the store
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong customer service focus
- Good communication skills
- Previous experience in the retail industry
Desirable:
- Good IT skills
- Experience working within a luxury or premium fashion brand
