Line Cook – Ruhe (Roker Terrace, Sunderland SR6 9ND)

• Pay: £13.00–£13.50 per hour
• Job type: Part-time, Permanent
• Hours: 25–30 hours per week
• Shifts: Flexible, 3 weekends off per month

Key responsibilities • Prepare and cook meals to recipes and portion standards
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
• Handle and store food correctly
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and safe
• Work efficiently during busy peak periods

Skills & experience required • Previous experience as a line cook or similar role (1 year required)
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
