Job Title: Community Fundraising Officer

Working Pattern: Full time
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per year
Key Duties:
- Build, develop and maintain community fundraising relationships
- Achieve agreed income and expenditure targets across multiple income streams
- Recruit, support and steward volunteers and fundraising groups
- Promote and manage hospice appeals and events
- Identify and develop key supporters with bespoke stewardship plans
- Produce fundraising content for social media, email and local press
- Maintain accurate donor and income records using Beacon CRM
- Contribute to fundraising strategy and planning
- Work closely with hospice teams to align fundraising activity
Essential Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and access to own transport
- Fundraising experience or equivalent sales experience
- Recognised fundraising qualification
- Experience managing volunteers and supporter relationships
- Strong communication, planning and organisational skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Experience with WordPress and digital platforms
