Job Title: KP (Kitchen Porter)

Contract Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Hours: Approximately 25–40 hours per week
Role Overview:
- Support kitchen operations in a busy hospitality environment
- Contribute to a high-quality guest experience through efficient food prep and kitchen support
- Work as part of a collaborative restaurant team
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble food items to set recipes and standards
- Assist with cooking and plating to maintain presentation quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen areas
- Follow all food hygiene, health and safety regulations
- Support serving staff with timely food delivery when required
- Restock ingredients and kitchen supplies as needed
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service
Skills & Experience:
- Previous restaurant, kitchen, or hospitality experience beneficial but not essential
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Flexible and willing to support across kitchen duties
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a positive guest experience
