Bartender & Mixologist

Contract: Part-time
Pay: £10.00 – £13.00 per hour
Shifts: Evenings and weekends required
Role Overview
- Bar-focused role within a busy, high-profile seafood restaurant
- Delivering and leading exceptional cocktail and bar service
- Working as part of a large restaurant and bar team to provide a premium guest experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits to a high standard
- Confidently take and manage drink orders in a fast-paced environment
- Use strong drinks knowledge to advise and upsell to customers
- Maintain excellent bar presentation, cleanliness, and organisation
- Work collaboratively with front-of-house and kitchen teams
- Ensure consistent, friendly, and professional customer service
- Comply with licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
Essential Requirements
- Personal Licence (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality
- Restaurant experience (required)
- Strong bartending skills and confidence behind the bar
- Passion for food, drink, and high-quality service
Desirable
- 2 years’ bartending experience
- Cocktail and mixology knowledge
