Safeplay Advisor – Safer Gambling

• Part-time – 20 hours per week
• Full-time – 40 hours per week

• Fully flexible shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends

• Role Overview:
• Supporting player wellbeing and promoting responsible play
• Working within the Safeplay team to help ensure a safe and enjoyable gaming environment
• Handling sensitive conversations with empathy, care, and sound judgement
• Playing a key role in protecting players and promoting positive gambling behaviours
• Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing player accounts to identify patterns that may indicate potential harm
• Engaging with players via phone, chat, and email in a supportive and professional manner
• Assisting players with safer gambling tools and affordability checks
• Managing escalations from Customer Support and making balanced decisions
• Maintaining accurate and detailed case notes
• Keeping up to date with safer gambling best practice and sharing knowledge within the team
• Skills & Experience:
• Strong customer service background, ideally supporting vulnerable customers
• Confident communicator when handling sensitive or difficult conversations
• Good judgement and confidence in decision-making
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conversations under pressure
• Passion for doing the right thing and supporting others
• Training & Development:
• Full training provided – no gambling industry experience required
