• Salary: £12.21 per hour (ages 18–20) / £12.50 per hour (21+)
• Working Pattern:
• Store opening hours between 6:00am – 10:00pm
• Flexibility required for evenings and weekends
• Shifts balanced fairly across the team
• Role Overview:
• Supporting day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced retail environment
• Delivering friendly, helpful customer service
• Keeping shelves stocked and the store welcoming
• Working across multiple departments including Fresh, Seasonal, Bakery, Café, and Garden Centre
• Key Responsibilities:
• Greeting customers and assisting with product queries
• Replenishing shelves and maintaining stock availability
• Unloading deliveries and filling shelves during fill shifts
• Operating tills and handling cash transactions
• Maintaining cleanliness and high store standards
• Supporting team members across different store areas as required
