- Various 12-hour shifts (days and nights)
- Includes weekend working
Salary
- £12.77 per hour

About the Role
- Work closely with the Nurse in Charge
- Lead a small Care Team
- Support residents with personal care
- Assist at meal times
- Understand individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encourage participation in social activities
- Promote choice, dignity, independence and respect
- Complete care documentation to a high standard
About the Home
- Supports 30 adults
- Complex mental health needs
- Neuro-disabilities including Huntington’s disease and Parkinson’s disease
- Higher-than-average staffing levels
Requirements
- Relevant care experience
- Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent functional skills)
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK
- Sponsorship not available
