Role Overview:
- Deliver online grocery orders to customers’ doorsteps.
- Work in a fast-paced retail store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service as part of the home delivery team.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be over 18.
- Full UK/EU driving licence held for at least 12 months.
- No more than 6 points on driving licence.
- Completion of online driving risk assessment and driving assessment.
- Right to Work in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries safely and on time.
- Carry out vehicle checks to ensure van is clean, organised, and roadworthy.
- Ensure delivery cases are secure before departure.
- Support customers with questions, substitutions, and updates on delays.
- Develop knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
- Assist in-store when not completing deliveries.
- Use digital tools and safely handle shopping containers up to 15kg.
