Role Overview:

• Support the Store Manager in running a multi-million-pound retail store.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales, customer service, and operational efficiency.
• Step into the Store Manager role when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations including deliveries and stock ordering.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high service standards.
• Manage rotas, performance, and team development.
• Maximise sales while minimising costs.
• Improve operational efficiency and meet business targets.

Requirements:

• Experienced people manager.
• Background leading teams in a fast-paced retail or customer-driven environment.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Target-driven and commercially focused.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams.
