Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Take orders accurately and process cash or card payments
- Keep the bar area clean, organised and fully stocked
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist guests with menu queries and provide friendly service
- Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking
- Help set up and close down the bar during shifts
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not essential
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a busy environment
