Salary: £28,598 per annum pro rata plus 10% shift allowance

Key Details

• Interviews scheduled for 12 June 2026
• Shift pattern operates over a four-week rota covering 365 days per year
• On-call duties required on a rota basis with additional pay
• Adult Social Care leadership opportunity within Extra Care services
Role Responsibilities
• Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations
• Providing supervisory cover within the care scheme
• Leading and supporting care staff teams
• Delivering high-quality person-centred support
• Supporting adults to maximise independence and wellbeing
• Helping people achieve goals and maintain meaningful lives within their community
• Building positive relationships with residents, carers and families
• Promoting choice, independence and personalised support services
