About the Role

• Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service throughout the night.

• Check guests into the hotel and assist with enquiries.

• Conduct regular corridor walks and security checks.

• Handle guest concerns, including noise complaints when necessary.

• Assist with guest issues and support hotel operations overnight.

• Prepare the hotel for the following day.

• Set up housekeeping trolleys and supplies.

• Assist with breakfast preparation.

• Support bar operations when required.

Training & Development

• No previous experience required.

• Full training and coaching provided.
